<p>A cell-free protein synthesizing process in which in cell-free protein synthesizing means, an essential step of conventional cell-free protein synthesizing process can be avoided; and a relevant cell-free protein synthesizing apparatus. Study has been made on transcription templates and on means for preparing substrates of a transcription reaction solution as factors of importance for realizing the above. As a result, it has been found that despite avoidance of a step of purifying mRNA of a transcription reaction solution after completion of transcription reaction, a transcription solution containing mRNA as a product of transcription reaction can be introduced as it is in the protein synthesizing system. This finding has led to completion of this invention.</p>
