The body has a spring effect to damp vibrations of a gear motor propagating in a direction of the cover. The cover supports an electronic board to control the gear motor. The body integrates a single block shoulder with the case or the cover. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a gear motor comprising a casing. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for a gear motor that activates a window regulator and an electric sunroof glass. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The body forms a single block with the casing, thus avoiding additional molding step of the body and avoiding usage of additional material. The body therefore decreases cost of the casing. The spring effect of the body permits to avoid the propagation of vibrations emanating from the operation of the motor towards an electronic board maintained by the cover. The body permits to avoid the clearance between the cover and case.
