<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonographic picture diagnostic device for making the increase in the sound pressure of ultrasonic waves to be outputted compatible with the improvement of the receiving efficiency of ultrasonic reflection waves. <P>SOLUTION: This ultrasonographic picture diagnostic device is provided with: a plurality of C-MUT elements where a thin film and a board are provided having a gap between themselves and which transmit the ultrasonic waves by the vibration of the thin film and converts the vibration of the thin film by reception of the ultrasonic reflection wave to the echo signal of an electric signal; and a control means which gives variable bias voltage Vp where voltage is boosted gradually while going from a short distance reception period Rs for receiving the ultrasonic reflection wave reflected by the short distance section of a patient to a long distance reception period Re for receiving the ultrasonic reflection wave reflected by the long distance section in the receiving period T of the ultrasonic reflection waves, to the C-MUT element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
