<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic clutch device having a reduced size as a whole. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic clutch device comprises a housing 10, a rotor 14 rotatably supported on the housing 10, a coil 15b provided on the rotor 14, an armature 13 opposed to the rotor 14 and connected to the rotor 14 so that power is transmitted to the rotor 14 with electromagnetic attracting force generated between the rotor 14 and itself by energizing the coil 15b, and a feeding mechanism 16 having a harness 25 electrically connected to the coil 15b for feeding power to the coil 15b via the harness 25.
