<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a radiation restrainer to decrease thermal conduction component due to heat radiation without any increase in solid thermal conduction component of heat insulating material. <P>SOLUTION: In a core material 7 formed by mixing a base material composed of powder 4 of silicon oxide compound and conductive powder 5 with a radiation restrainer 6, the radiation restrainer 6 is added so that black body radiation rate of the core material 7 is 70% or less, and the density is 150kg/cm<SP>3</SP>or less, whereby thermal conduction due to heat radiation can be restrained without remarkable increase in solid thermal conductivity of the heat insulation material so that the heat insulation performance of the heat insulating material is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
