<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding cold-insulated container which is smoothly folded and assembled. <P>SOLUTION: A fold-assisting member to assist the work of turning each of two bottom side parts 21 upwardly is provided on the two bottom side parts 21. A lid holder 24 is arranged upwardly on an upper edge of a peripheral wall part 13 in a condition urged in the abutting direction on a lid part 16, and the angle at a corner on a free end side of the lid holder 24 is set to be obtuse. The two bottom side parts 21 can be easily turned upwardly only by operating the fold assisting member, and the bottom side parts 21 can be folded easily. Since the lid holder 24 can hold the lid part 16 immediately when the lid part 16 is closed, the working efficiency is improved, and at the same time, the sealability between the lid holder 24 and the lid part 16 is improved, and the cold-insulation performance can be enhanced.
