<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cancelling method and cancelling device for a turn indicator of a motorcycle etc. embodied in a simple structure, operating with a simple data processing method, and not restricting the place of use. <P>SOLUTION: The cancelling method for the turn indicator of the motorcycle is for turn indicators 13 and 14 based on the output of two angular velocity sensors 21 and 31 mounted on the motorcycle 10, whereby the angular velocity output voltage value in the horizontal direction of the motorcycle 10 is determined from an output signal in the rolling direction of the sensor 21 and an output signal in the yaw direction of the sensor 31, and the turn indicators 13 and 14 are cancelled when the angular velocity output voltage in the horizontal direction exceeds the specified threshold range and is kept for a specified time again within the specified threshold range after an indicator operating means of the motorcycle 10 is operated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
