PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in information recording disks such as CD/DVD/HDD, that disk information analysis is slow and it takes a long time for reproduction start from a system stop, user response is bad, also, the periphery cost of a memory or the like is increased. SOLUTION: This apparatus is provided with: a data read-out means reading out data recorded in a disk; a data storage means (memory 12) storing temporarily data read out by the data read-out means; and an analysis control means (CPU 12) for analyzing pass table information after acquisition in which various information such as directory names and directory record positions are written out of data stored in the data storing means rearranging the directory record position in a physical address order, next, when the directory record is analyzed, acquiring and analyzing various information in the physical address order.
