PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily prepare a multigrid model in an electromagnetic wave analyzer which analyzes electromagnetic waves generated by an electronic appliance by using the multigrid model. SOLUTION: A merging part 101 merges partial models with a whole image, subdivides the grid of a master hierarchy on the basis of hierarchical relation between the partial models and turns it to the grid of a slave hierarchy. An object selection part 102 subdivides the grid with an object including area including an object selected from the whole model by a user as a sub grid area.
