PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable accident prevention system for the visually impaired that can be easily introduced at low cost. SOLUTION: The accident prevention system has a transmitter for transmitting information including at least an ID code by means of a loop antenna so that predetermined directivity is attained, and a receiver configured to be able to receive the information from the transmitter. Once the receiver enters a service area of the information from the transmitter, the receiver informs the user who carries the receiver, in a predetermined way of warning, on condition that the ID code is directed to the own receiver.
