PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an asynchronous packet communication method and asynchronous packet communication equipment reducing a system burden caused by a request and a retry request in asynchronous packet communication. SOLUTION: At the time of retry transmission, the number of retry times is subjected to increment and then, retry transmission is performed (No in step S11 and step S14). However, when an Ack code is Ack_busy (Yes in step S11: error occurrence), retry interval update processing by arithmetic processing of T←T1+ΔT (for example,ΔT=T1 is possible. Naturally, limitation is not made to this) is performed (step S13) after waiting for a retry interval (T1), advancing to a step S14. The update retry interval (time) is increased in accordance with the number of error occurrence times. By performing such processing, the load of software by retry is reduced.
