发明名称 METHOD FOR PRODUCING STYRENIC RESIN EXTRUDED FOAM
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lightweight styrenic resin extruded foam having excellent heat insulating performances, strength and flame retardance required for building material uses in combination by using a non-halogen foaming agent having excellent environmental compatibility. SOLUTION: The method for producing the styrenic resin extruded foam is carried out by thermally melting a styrenic resin, adding a foaming agent to the styrenic resin and performing extrusion foaming through a die. The method is characterized as follows. The extrusion foaming is carried out by including at least one kind of water dispersing agent (A) selected from the group consisting of bentonite, a water absorbing high polymer, a porous inorganic material and anhydrous silica having silanol groups and a decomposition type compound (B) generating carbon dioxide and water at≥150°C and making a mixed foaming agent composed of water, an ether and a 3-5C saturated hydrocarbon coexist.
