PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for boosting-converting a voltage developed at a thermoelectric conversion device to a practical level. SOLUTION: A PWM control circuit 2 is driven by a voltage across a resistor R2 generated by an input voltage Vi from a thermo module which converts the heat of a heater into electric power to perform switching between an inductor L and one input terminal at a high frequency, thus generating high voltage between output terminals by a back electromotive force developed at the inductor L.
