THERMAL INSULATING LAYER CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND CONSTRUCTION DEVICE USED IN THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal insulating layer construction method for forming a thermal insulating layer by minimizing use of a spacer and providing mechanical strength of a boundary face being not inferior to that obtained as compared when it is constructed by using a spacer. SOLUTION: The work for forming a thermal insulating material pouring space having thickness equivalent to a thermal insulating material over a predetermined scope of a surface of a thermally insulated object M and pouring stock solution of the resin-made thermal insulating material into the pouring space to form a thermal insulating layer 7 is sequentially repeated to form the thermal insulating layer 7 on the surface of the thermally insulated object M. By feeding a mold releasing paper 3 having a substantially circular arc shape onto a join boundary face of thermal insulating layers 7 formed by pouring the thermal insulating material repeatedly, the join boundary face of the thermal insulating layers 7 is formed into a substantially circular arc shape.
