PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ensure the planarity of a print paper P at a printing unit 4 without any suction device or with a small suction device in an inkjet printer using the print paper P curled by the curling habit. SOLUTION: The curl of the paper P is straightened by moving roller pairs 41 (arranged on a unit U4) to hold a portion in a vicinity of a tip of the paper P while holding the tip of the paper P by a holding member (a conveying roller 75) from the feeding position to the receiving position by a moving mechanism so that the print paper P is wound around an upper roller 41b of the roller pairs 41 in a condition bent opposite to the curl, and the tension is exerted in the print paper P, and upstream side conveying passages (units U1, U2) located on the upstream side of the unit U4 and the receiving position are provided on the upstream position of the roll center of the print paper P of a magazine storage part 2.
