PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting member capable of connecting two members, even if a position of a fixing means such as a bolt changes. SOLUTION: This connecting member is a connecting member having a first opening part for passing a first fixing means projected from a first member, having a second opening part for passing a second fixing means projected from a second member and connecting the first and second members. Here, the second opening part is formed in an elliptic shape, and the axis in the longitudinal direction of the elliptic shape is inclined so as not to pass through the first opening part.
