Constructional arrangement of elements for the heating and cooling of solids, fluids and similar consists of a set formed by plates (1) and (2), of non-metallic and electrically-insulating material, provided respectively with lugs (3) and (4) applied superficially through a syntherization process, lug (3) consisting of a metal or a semiconductive material, applied on plate (1), and lug (4) consisting of another metal or semiconductive material, different from that of lug (3), and applied on plate (2), so that when plates (1) and (2) are strongly bound together through the joining of the front faces of their respective lugs (3) and (4), they form a series circuit system, therefore the plates will always have the same number of contacts, and one of the end lugs (3) contains a conductor (5) whose contact exhibits the positive pole, whereas the other lug (4) contains a conductor (6) whose end contact exhibits the negative pole, and the direction of the current determines whether the face of the plate will become cold or hot, therefore one face of one of the plates will be utilized, and on the other face and between the plates along their entire length a system for heat exchange with the environment is installed. |
