The vehicle has a rod provided with lateral arms for connection with a back of wheelchair. The arms support the wheelchair and are pivoted for refitting at a frame of the vehicle. A lever (L) is fastened to a rear point of the rod, where a user with foot and body weight steps on the lever, when the rod is downward arranged. A locking unit serves as a safety stabilizer for a unit of the vehicle and the raised wheel chair.
