METHOD OF OBTAINING DERIVATIVES OF 4-(N-ALKYLAMINE)-5,6-DIHYDRO-4H-THIENO-[2,3-B]-THIOPYRAN

The invention relates to a compound having formula (I) wherein n is 0, 1 or 2, R<SUB>1</SUB> is a linear or branched alkyl group, R<SUB>2 </SUB>is selected from among a substituted or non-substituted alkyl group, a substituted or non-substituted aryl group, a substituted or non-substituted aralkyl group, a substituted or non-substituted heterocyclyl group or a substituted or non-substituted heterocycylalkyl group. The invention also relates to a method of obtaining said compounds from the corresponding compound with a hydroxy group at position 4 by means of a reaction with a sulphonamide in the presence of a phosphine and a dialkyl azodicarboxylate. The deprotection of the compound having formula (I) produces the corresponding amine. The intermediate and the methods described above can be used in the synthesis of pharmaceutical products.
