<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC chip for an IC card, IC card, and program for an IC card realizing high efficiency and high speed of processing and realizing improvement in the responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: The program for the IC card is provided with first processing procedures S100 to S140 and S200 for executing a program A and a second processing procedure S150 for executing a program B and causes a CPU of the IC card to execute the program A and program B. The first processing procedures comprises a procedure S110 for activating a peripheral circuit of the IC chip, procedures S120, S130, and S140 for interrupting execution of the program A when activating the peripheral circuit, and procedures S 180 and S190 for restarting execution of the program A when there is processing completion interruption S160 from the peripheral circuit.
