<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management system for preventing any burden from being imposed on a data user or a data providing agent when a plurality of data users use a plurality of databases in such circumstances that fixed restriction is set. <P>SOLUTION: This data management system is provided with a data providing device 261, an information storing device 220, user terminals 201a to 201f and an information providing device 220. The data providing device 261 is provided with a first information transmitting part. The first information transmitting part transmits predetermined data with data identification information. A data registering part registers predetermined data in databases 223a to 223d based on data identification information. User terminals 201a to 201f are provided with a second information transmitting part for transmitting data user identification information.
