<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of removing or reducing a ghost or a flare simply without affecting an influence to the quality of an image other than a position in which the ghost or the flare generates. <P>SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus for focusing the optical image of a subject on an imaging element includes a prediction means for predicting the generation of a harmful internal reflection phenomenon from subject's brightness information obtained with the imaging element, a forming means for forming the harmful internal reflection phenomenon information on a real image from the generating mode of the harmful internal reflection phenomenon in which the prediction is performed, and a correcting means for performing the correction processing of the harmful interior reflection phenomenon using the formed harmful internal reflection phenomenon information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
