HALOGEN FREE RETORTABLE MULTILAYER BARRIER FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for solving the problem that ethylene vinyl alcohol is difficult to be employed when a material requires an autoclave sterilization process at a usual autoclave temperature which exceeds the fusing point of ethylene vinyl alcohol.

SOLUTION: A structure is composed of of following multilayer structure: a skin layer; a barrier layer; and a radio frequency susceptible layer comprising a first polyolefin in an amount within a range of 30-60 wt.%, a second polyolefin in an amount within a range of 25-50 wt.%, a radio frequency susceptible polymer in an amount within a range of 3-40 wt.% and a block copolymer of styrene and hydrocarbon in an amount within a range of 5-40 wt.%.
