PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker damper which has sufficient strength and is never broken even if it is applied to a large input speaker. SOLUTION: The speaker damper includes a first fiber having a tensile strength of 17 cN/Dtex or more, and a second fiber having a tensile elastic modulus of 200 cN/Dtex or lower. Thus, a required tensile strength and a required bending resistant performance can be ensured. Also, the proportion of the amount of the first fiber to the total amount of the first and second fibers is 10%-90%. If the proportion of the first fiber is lower than 10%, the required tensile strength and the required bending resistant performance can not be obtained. On the contrary, the proportion of the first fiber exceeds 90%, blanking performance in manufacturing the damper is deteriorated.
