PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relay antenna assembly capable of easily and effectively radiating heat generated, while a signal amplifying part is operated in the relay antenna assembly for which an antenna, and the signal amplification part are integrally incorporated into a cover body. SOLUTION: The signal amplifying part 4 incorporated in the relay antenna device 3 is attached side by side, with the radiation element 8a of the antenna 8 on the radio wave reflection surface of a main reflector 8c, constituting the antenna 8 or on the back surface side of the reflection surface of the main reflector 8c, and the heat generated, accompanying the operation of the signal amplifying part 4, is radiated.
