PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power train structure capable of strongly connecting a bracket to an engine and a transfer without a gap and enhancing assembling working property of the bracket in a power plant in which a first surface and a second surface crossing to each other of the bracket made of casting are fastened to a fastening surface of the engine provided on one side of a vehicle front side or a rear side of the engine and a fastening surface provided on the transfer in a direction crossing to the fastening surface by a bolt respectively. SOLUTION: When the second surface part 552 of the bracket 50 is fastened to a side surface 20c (fastening surface) of the transfer by the bolt 94, a pressing mechanism 100 for previously pressing the first surface part 51 of the bracket 50 to an end surface 1d (fastening surface) of a boss 1b of the engine 1 at predetermined slidable pressing load is provided on the bracket 50 made of casting.
