PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet for flooring material which exerts excellent impact resistance without forming a backer layer and also excellent scratch resistance. SOLUTION: This decorative sheet for flooring material is produced by forming respective layers of a picture pattern, a transparent adhesive, a transparent polypropylene-based resin and a transparent surface-protective layer comprising an ionizing radiation-curing resin or two-pack curing urethane-based resin in this order on a substrate sheet made of a polyolefin-based resin, and is characterized in that: (1) the transparent polypropylene-based resin layer is≥150μm in thickness; (2) its universal hardness is≥35 N/mm2; and (3) that of the transparent surface-protective layer is≥100 N/mm2.
