PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor and an inspection device each for inspecting a biosubstance that has a pretreatment means and enables multi-testing items to be tested on the biosubstance with high reliability. SOLUTION: The biosubstance-inspecting device is constituted by separating chip components for individual testing specimens each loading reagents/solution-sending elements, and control/detection components as inspection main bodies. Since this system has a pretreatment part for concentrating the components to be inspected in the specimen, a substance can be concentrated even when the specimen is dilute, simultaneously, harmful matters hindering a reaction and foreign substances causing clogging in flow channels can be removed. In addition, this system has a flow channel structure that can analyze a positive control and a negative control at a time. Accordingly, grave problems in microanalysis and amplification reaction, for example, cross-contamination, carry-over contamination, or the like, scarcely occur. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
