PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an electric wheelchair which achieves light weight, compactness, high durability and low power consumption at the same time and is capable of managing a running state of the electric wheelchair. SOLUTION: A hall IC (a magnetic sensor ) 80 is mounted within a motor casing 68.
