The present invention relates to an service method and system for advertisement linked with free-call using mobile communication terminals, in which when a mobile communication terminal user who has subscribed to a website as a user downloads an advertisement of interest to his or her mobile communication terminal from the website, a given free-call right is downloaded simultaneously to his or her mobile communication terminal in exchange for the viewing of the advertisement of the AD-site, so that the advertisement is fixedly displayed on a main screen of the mobile communication terminal every phone call until the free-call right is terminated whereas a corresponding advertisement is prevented from being deleted or substituted by another advertisement in a typical manner such as a modification in a theme of the background screen of the mobile communication terminal .
