The invention relates to a search and browser engine on intervenor data bases (P) belonging to a landscape (P), wherein the data lines characterize the intervenors (I), comprising an address coordinate field (Ca) for the intervenors (T) in the landscape (P) and a series of intervenor (I) description fields (Ci), characterized in that it comprises a 3D visualization interface representing the landscape (P) from a discontinuous limited series of topographic surfaces (Si) with a 2D user browser confined on each topographic surface (Si) and a filter for the representation of the intervenors (I) according to the address (Ca) thereof in the landscape (P) which is activated by the request of the user according to criteria corresponding to the description field (Ci).
