<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a perfume composition having a more natural feeling and a yoghurt- or cheese-like perfume and taste and to provide a method for more simply producing the composition. <P>SOLUTION: What is provided is: a fermented-milk-like perfume composition containing at least one member selected from among alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, acids, esters, lactones, nitrogen-containing compounds, sulfur-containing compounds, ethers, furans, acetals, ketals, citrus essential oils, citrus juices, and lemon grass essential oils; and a fermented-milk-like perfume composition prepared by formulating the above composition with a fat or oil hydrolysate and/or a protein hydrolysate and/or an amino acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
