<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a creation method for digital contents or a program and a payment escape prevention method for a provider (developer) of the digital content or a program creation system in collection of a license fee from a user of the creation system. <P>SOLUTION: A system 100 on the creation system provider side collates received user information 108 about a user with registration information of the user previously registered in a database of the system provider, stores inherent information in the database along with the user information, and returns encrypted inherent information to the user side. A client program 106 of the user allows completion of desired digital contents or a program only when a part, from which the inherent information transmitted to a license management server of the creation system provider is removed, the encrypted inherent information received from the license server, and a program for decoding the encrypted inherent information are combined together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
