<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a time information transmitting/receiving apparatus or the like which amplifies a received standard radio wave while receiving the standard radio wave without incurring oscillation and transmits a relay radio wave using a carrier wave of the same frequency as the standard radio wave. <P>SOLUTION: A phase of a standard radio wave received by a first antenna ANT1 is adjusted to be inverted to become an opposite phase in the case of transmitting the radio wave as a relay radio wave, and the signal of the adjusted phase is transmitted from a second antenna ANT2 as the relay radio wave. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
