PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide independently dispersed InSb nanoparticles, a dispersion of the InSb nanoparticles, and a method for producing the InSb nanoparticles. SOLUTION: The InSb nanoparticles are characterized in that the average particle diameter is within a range of 2-200 nm, and the particles can be dispersed in a dispersion medium and are independently dispersed.
