PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer-feeder in a forging press with which a degree of freedom in the design of a charging device as one of the most important factor on the stable conveying of a work, is made large without lowering the conveying speed by securing a space at conveying-in side of the work in a press-line and also, the state of the press-working etc., can easily be watched with a worker. SOLUTION: In the transfer-feeder provided with one pair of front and rear feeding bars 1, 2 and a working apparatus S for working the front and the rear feeding bars 1, 2, the working apparatus S is provided with an inlet side working device 10 set at the work conveying-in side and an outlet side working device 50 set at the work conveying-out side for conveying out the work. The inlet side working device 10 is provided with a front feeding bar working device 10A for working only the front feeding bar 1, and a rear feeding bar working device 10B for working only the rear feeding bar 2 by setting to a position at the rear part from the front feeding bar working device 10A and separated from the front feeding bar working device 10A.
