PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training system which supports a user to be capable of executing the appropriate training corresponding to a purpose of the training. SOLUTION: A measuring sensor 20 to measure the lifting speed or the like at the time of a lifting action executed by the user is attached to a load unit 15 of a weight stack type training machine 10. The maximum lifting weight lifted by the maximum effort is presumed on the basis of the lifting speed under the loading weight of each step measured by the measuring sensor 20 and the preset lifting speed at the time of lifting action of the maximum lifting weight, and the optimum loading weight corresponding to the purpose of the training is acquired on the basis of the presumed maximum lifting weight. Moreover, an information terminal 30 produces a training menu composed of the loading weight, a breathing time and the number of repetitions which are suitable for the user.
