PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-solid casting device where, at the time when casting is performed using a billet having the physical properties of being made into a semi-melted state by heating, the uniform heating of the billet, the simplification of the device and the easiness of the operation can be simultaneously satisfied. SOLUTION: The semi-solid casting device is provided with: a molding die 10; a billet feeding means 20 of feeding a billet 1 in a semi-solid state toward the molding die; and an electromagnetic induction coil C for heating the billet. The the billet feeding means 20 is provided with: a billet mount 23 capable of advancing or retreating to the vertical directions; and a rotary means (motor) of rotating the billet mount 23 to the direction orthogonal to the advancing or retreating direction, and the electromagnetic induction coil C is located between the billet mount 23 lying in a retreat position and the molding die 10 in a state where its central axis is made coincident with the rotary axis of the billet mount 23.
