PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping apparatus in simple constitution, which can be easily installed and put away. SOLUTION: The sleeping apparatus is provided with a cover 10, a mixing means capable of adjusting the mixing ratio of air sucked from the inside of the cover and outdoor air, a heating means, a blowing means for blowing air, a temperature measurement means for measuring a temperature, and a control means for controlling at least one of the mixing means, the heating means and the blowing means so as to be suitable for sleeping on the basis of a measured result by the temperature measurement means. Since a tick generation source such as a counterpane is not used, allergen is not inhaled and the worsening of a symptom is prevented.
