PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superior small-sized and lightweight oxygen enrichment machine capable of effectively feeding oxygen-enriched air synchronized with the respiration while securing the high availability and reducing the power consumption. SOLUTION: This oxygen enrichment machine is provided with an air sucking/sending means sucking the oxygen-enriched air generated by an oxygen enrichment means and dischargingly feeding the oxygen-enriched air from a discharge part to a user, and an air flow detecting means detecting the air flow generated by the respiration (expiration and/or inspiration) of the user. A control means controls to change the operation state of the air sucking/sending means according to a signal from the air flow detecting means, and can reduce the power consumption of the machine by increasing the amount of discharge of the oxygen-enriched air by fully driving the air sucking/sending means at the inspiration of the user based on the signal from the air flow detecting means and stopping the air sucking/sending means at the expiration.
