<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting device which projects uniformly mixed light of excitation light and photoluminescense light. <P>SOLUTION: Blue component light emitted from blue LEDs 11 to 1n is reflected by a reflective member 2 whose cross section is constituted into a parabola shape and introduced into a Fresnel lens 3. The Fresnel lens 3 comprises phosphor uniformly. While the Fresnel lens 3 passes through a part of the blue component light, it also carries out wavelength conversion to a part of the blue component light. In the wavelength conversion, phosphor inside the Fresnel lens 3 is excited by blue component light and the excited phosphor emits light comprising a yellow component. The yellow component light after the wavelength conversion is projected as uniform light together with the blue component light by the Fresnel lens 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
