<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil seal device capable of preventing wear and suppressing the entry of dust. <P>SOLUTION: This oil seal device 100 seals the lubrication of oil to a crankshaft 40, and is brought into contact with an opposed member to prevent dust from invading into an oil seal part.
