APPARATUS FOR TREATING WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an apparatus for treating water without requiring a new installation space and enhancing treating capability.

SOLUTION: The apparatus for treating water includes an individual biological reactor 1 and the biological reactor 1 accommodates water to be treated 2 containing a carrier 4. The biological reactor 1 includes an air diffuser pipe 5 for keeping the water to be treated 2 in an aerobic state and a supernatant water extractor 6 for discharging the water to be treated. A first carrier separator 8 is provided on the supernatant water extractor 6 and a second carrier separator 9 is provided on a sludge drawing port 7 for the purpose of holding the carrier 4 so as not to flow out from the biological reactor 1.
