PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit for switching power supply control suitable for the realization of a small direct-current power supply device that is high in power efficiency and produces less switching noise. SOLUTION: An IC for switching power supply control includes a drive control circuit (22) that generates a control signal for driving the power transistor (M1) of a switching regulator. This IC for switching power supply control or a switching power supply device using it is so constructed that the slew rate, that is, the rise time and the fall time of a control signal for driving the power transistor can be switched based on a signal that indicates the operating state of the device susceptible to noise.
