PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker system wherein vibration from a cabinet is not transmitted to a member forming a duct. SOLUTION: The speaker system 100 comprises at least one speaker unit 1, a first cabinet 4 in which the speaker unit 1 is mounted and a first opening 6 is specified on its bottom surface, and a second cabinet 5 which is mounted in the outer periphery of the bottom surface of the first cabinet 4 and forms a bass reflex duct 7 by specifying a second opening 8 on its front face. A buffer material 3 is disposed between the first cabinet 4 and the second cabinet 5. Therefore, vibration from the first cabinet 4 can be prevented from being transmitted to the second cabinet 5 forming the bass reflex duct 7. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
