PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet useful as a transparent adhesive layer for a film-reinforced glass, a laminated safety glass, etc., and having good heat-ray shielding performance without deteriorating excellent adhesiveness and penetration resistance, a method for producing the adhesive sheet and a laminate obtained by using the sheet. SOLUTION: The adhesive sheet is composed of a transparent adhesive layer containing a synthetic resin and a heat-ray shielding layer formed on the adhesive layer and containing fine particles of a metal oxide in a state dispersed in a synthetic resin.
