PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a wall-mounting apparatus with which positioning of the wall-mounting apparatus is easy, the apparatus is prevented from being dropped at the time of an earthquake and when a person suddenly hooks an arm and a hand on it, and an appearance is not spoiled in house when the wall-mounting apparatus is removed. SOLUTION: The structure includes a sliding component 1 which has a holder 11 that freely attachably and detachably holds the wall-mounting apparatus 3 and is installed on a wall so that it can slide in a vertical direction; and a sandwiching member 2 for sandwiching and fixing the wall-mounting apparatus 3 with the holding part 11 interlocking with a movement in a lower direction when the sliding component 1 holding the wall-mounting apparatus 3 is made to slide to the lower direction.
