PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve which achieves further improvement in output characteristics. SOLUTION: When a solenoid is energized 71, hydraulic pressure from an input port 65 is output through an output port 53 by sucking a plunger 17 by a core 16 excited with a solenoid 15, closing a discharge side opening 55 of a seat member 42 with an discharge side valve 41 provided to a shaft part 31 of the plunger 17 and opening the input side opening 66 by moving downward an input side valve 62 closing an input side opening 66. When a solenoid is not energized 75, pressure of the output port 53 is discharged through a drain port 37 by closing the input side opening 66 with the input side valve 62 retracting from the input port 65 by hydraulic pressure, moving the plunger 17 to a direction parting from the core 16 with the shaft part 31 to which the input side valve 62 is fixed and opening the discharge side opening 55 by retracting the discharge side valve 41.
