PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal cover for a refrigerant compressor having no fear that connecting wires contact with a main body or other parts of the refrigerant compressor and are damaged and short-circuited and having a terminal hardly subjected to stress even when pulling force acts on the connecting wires, and to provide the refrigerant compressor equipped with the terminal cover. SOLUTION: The terminal cover 5 is fixed with a hole in an upper part fitted to a stud bolt 3 erectly provided on a surface of a case of the refrigerant compressor 1 and covers the terminal 2 provided on the surface of the case. The terminal cover 5 is formed with a lead-out opening 7 for the wires 10 connected to the terminal 2 bent in an almost L shape from a terminal 2 side.
