PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a flexible printed circuit board which can connect certainly a terminal for a connector and the connector of the flexible printed circuit board by reducing the warpage of the flexible printed circuit board and a reinforcing plate. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus includes an electronic element, and the flexible printed circuit board 21 connected at one end side to the electronic element, having a connector connecting terminal 22a connected to the connector of a control substrate on one surface of the other end side, and having a plurality of reinforcing plates 23 and 24 stuck on the other surface of the side of the other end so that the thickness of the side of the other end becomes the thickness size connectable with a connector 30. The thickness of the first reinforcing plate 23 arranged nearest to the other surface of the other end side of the flexible printed circuit board 21 of the plurality of the reinforcing plates 23 and 24 is formed larger than the thickness of the reinforcing plate 24 except it.
